An Unpaid Campaign

Adoiyai Zaki… Just move on with your career life. No need to think of SCIENCESS anymore.

I believe, if not all, most of the readers of this blog would think like that, aren’t they/you? I respect that but please respect my stand also: I still care about SCIENCESS.

In last Annual Grand Meeting, I promoted few people to hold some posts although I would leave the society in the following year; which meant their appointment in the society would not benefit me that much. In fact, the idea of recommending them was as a guidance for the juniors since not many of them knew the seniors.

This year around, I still promote few people because I think I know their capabilities to hold those posts and bring the society to be better than when I was in the society for 2 years. However, that does not mean that I do not believe in others’ capabilities especially those whom I do not name in this entry.

I name them solely based on my experience knowing, working and dealing with them previously when I was an undergraduate and holding some posts in societal activities in the campus.

For example, Jazli Aziz. He was my subordinate when I held the post of Head Committee of Information and Communication in SCIENCESS 2007/2008. He was a dedicated person who was hardworking and enthusiastic with his work. During IQUEST 2008, I observed his organized yet wholehearted will to finish his job as the Head Committee of Stall Division. He looked very tired throughout the event for reasons he must’s been really proud of. Then he was promoted to be the Secretary General of SCIENCESS 2009/2010. Actually it’s rare for anyone to suddenly jump to be a Mainboard member of a society without experience and thorough knowledge about running the post. But not Jazli. With a little guidance from me (he’s never shy to refer to me as the former Secretary General of SCIENCESS 2008/2009) and mostly his own creativity and ideas to manage the post, from what I’ve been informed, he does his job very well. And yes, if you’re talking about voicing out a lot of great ideas, you are talking about Jazli. However, you might question about his serious facial expression but believe me, dia ni sebenarnya otak tak betul jugak. Haha... That is the only thing that I think would discredit his charm (note: try not to role your eyes) to be elected as a President. Huhu… Need I say about his Aussie blood?

Next, I don’t have to name this guy because most people know that I am very close with him – Danial Efendy. But, please put aside the brotherhood relationship that we have because abang mana yang tak nak promote adik kan? Huhu... Let’s talk professionally. I’ve known him for one year and we started knowing when he was looking for potential exhibitors for his career programme under SCIENCESS and I offered him some assistance and ideas. Thereafter, I observed his accountability to hold post especially related to documentation and writing. Therefore, I appointed him to be my Secretary for the Amazing Explorace programme at which I shared with him some knowledge and thus added experience that he already had about Secretary because he was previously the Secretary in PRESSS back in Center of Foundation Studies (CFS). If I have to share some facts about Danial’s personality, I would firstly mention about his strength in English thanks to his English-spoken family, secondly his ketegasan in his stand and thirdly his passion in finishing tasks given.

Lastly yet coincidently, Danial, Jazli and I, the three of us were very active in being Master of Ceremony (MC) in events until we have to reject some offers because our faces were like everywhere and everytime in events. Kan Jaz dan Danial? Kesian kita bertiga. Kasi la peluang kat orang lain. Huhu...

With the above testimonials and sharing about my experience with the above names, I think the voters have concrete reasons to put an X mark next to their names when they get the voting form. For the rest of posts, I better not talk much because I only talk things that I know. :-)

Happy voting!

The Initiator

It was in August, last year that I came into the first year students' class (now they are second year). I was planning something and coincidently during that day, my tilawah class was postponed while there was some technical problems in the lecture hall. The lecturer, Kak Wawa (that time she was the Head of Department) couldn't continue her lecture. So, everything was very encouraging for me to complete my mission: to be the initiator.

I had few intentions for doing that:
  1. To welcome them to the university and to the kulliyyah.
  2. To be the moderator for appointing class reps.
  3. To initiate a relationship between the first year and the final year.
Alhamdulillah, everything went well with the session that I had the opportunity to explain to them what Biomedical Science was all about from my viewpoint and to share some experience and knowledge about living in IIUM Kuantan Campus.

In the session as well, I became the middle-man for them to appoint their class reps because I knew someone had to play that role or else they won't have any leaders in their class.

You can imagine in a class with more than a hundred students; how would you manage the class if there's no one to play the leadership role? Living in a community, we always need some leaders to lead the rest of the community towards some goals. And I was glad they chose the right ones and they still continue to be the leaders until now. Congratulations to Saifudin and Huda for being great leaders and for being able to manage your class efficiently. Behind these two strong students, there are few other students that helped them a lot in making life of the rest of class easier than they would've thought.

By the way, I am writing this entry because this week SCIENCESS is organizing the nomination for the new Board Members of the society for the 2009/2010 tenure. I wish you all the best in making decisions because it'll affect the rest of your life in the campus. If you select great leaders, you'll live happily there insha Allah.

So, these are just my choices basically based on my observation from afar and experience from working with them previously when I was in the society. It's up to you la to follow or not. Hehe...

President: Jazli Aziz (current Secretary General)
Vice President I: Don Lukmanul Hakim (current Exco)
Secretary General: Danial Efendy (he was my Secretary in KOS Amazing Explorace)

Getting the Full Transcript

In my last visit to IIUM Kuantan Campus, I went there to get the full transcript from the administration of the university. In order to do that, I had to go to few offices to get stamps and signatures. They were namely the Legal Unit, Finance Division, Library, Residential College and the Security.

If you have no problem with those offices, they shouldn't have problem to immediately give you the stamp and signature. In my case, I had no problem and I finished doing the thing just within 1-2 hour.

Unlike some of my friends, they didn't know that they still had debt with the Finance Division that they need to settle before they can get their full transcripts. Surprisingly, the amount of debt was umimagineably high that they didn't notice that they had that debt (you tounge might twist I suppose :P).

Back to my case, since I knew a person from the Finance Division, I referred to him/her prior to the visit so that I could prepare the amount to pay. Yes, I got some unsettled balance from the study fees and that was fully under my knowledge. Every semester I checked my financial statements from the portal and I intentionally let the balance to be paid later. So, it's highly advised to check the portal occasionally in every semester.

I think it's good to give examples. A friend of mine, he/she didn't know that he/she got debt as much as RM690! And another one, +-RM900!

After finishing everything, I went to the start point at One Stop Centre again to submit the form and finally got the full transcript, alhamdulillah~

(Tapi dalam hati sebenarnya menyumpah gak tengok kertas tu pasal perkara ni)

Well... Not much about the clearance. But one thing I will never forget during finishing the thing is when I met a junior in one of the offices. As far as I knew, to me at least, she was not very close with me. She was a cute girl, shorter than my chest, wearing nice long tudung. With an innocent face she asked me this question:
Bro Zaki buat apa kat sini? Menyebok je!

Dik... Pandai kau kenakan aku STBB ye... Kalau kau jenis yang rapat dengan aku, aku tak terkejut kot. Haha...

Letter to Centre for Postgraduate Studies, IIUM

I got a letter from the Centre for Postgraduate Studies, asking me to submit few documents that were not attached in order for my application to be processed. Ironically, one of them was the full transcript.

Alah... Malas nak cerita panjang la. Baca je la my reply letter to the office.

I have decided that I will do my postgraduate programme in other university since I have got a permanent job and have started working since early of this month. I changed my mind from doing master programme in IIUM since the application for July intake was delayed to November which I cannot wait for and which I was not informed by the office until I came on early of July. I understand and admit that I sent the application after the due date on 31st May 2009 but that happened due to some unavoidable problems including the closing of CPS office on 3rd and 4th June 2009. However, I was informed that for ex-students of IIUM, the procedure is easier. But to my disappointment, my application was not touched nor sent to Kulliyyah of Pharmacy just because I didn’t submit the full transcript together with the application. I did attach my partial transcript with the application but obviously it didn’t help anything.

For your information, we, students from IIUM Kuantan campus can only get the full transcript starting on 10th August 2009. That means we cannot apply for any postgraduate programme anywhere since the full transcript is crucial for the procedural sake. However, in case of registration with CPS of IIUM, can’t it be made easier for ex-students of IIUM by having some exceptions? It has to be known that willingness and interest for students to further their study in the same university is mostly based on their belief and confidence that the university can provide some proper settings and capacity for their postgraduate studies. Therefore, I think it should be made easier and more lenient for students from the university to register for postgraduate programme without concern too much with the transcript because sooner or later they will eventually submit the transcript which as far as I know do not has much effect on the application.

Therefore, I would like to forward these suggestions to the CPS of IIUM:
  1. Allow application to be sent and processed without the full transcript. Usually, students apply for postgraduate programme because they believe they can finish their undergraduate programme successfully within the expected time. They do not want to waste time and they want to start the postgraduate programme immediately.
  2. Establish a branch office in IIUM Kuantan campus for students can reach the office easily without having to go to IIUM Gombak. Therefore, they can get and send the application even before they finish their undergraduate programme. It is not convenient to go to IIUM Gombak to get the application form since usually final year students are busy with their Final Year Project (FYP) and not to mention academic classes. They usually extend the semester up to May even.
  3. Set up online application for postgraduate programme as what done in University of Malaya (UM) and Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
  4. Allow students to apply directly to the kulliyyah at which they will do the postgraduate programme. This might need some rearrangements with the current procedure. This is especially advantageous for students and kulliyyahs in IIUM Kuantan Campus since they stay there and no branch office for CPS has been established yet there. Each kulliyyah has its own Deputy Dean of Research and Postgraduate and therefore I think registration could be made from the office.

I hope they'll do something to ease the procedure in the future. Takpe la. Zaman aku, aku mengalah. Asalkan junior-junior nanti terbela nasib mereka.

:)

Update: Thanks to Hafizah Reh for the information about the online application. With that, I think point no. 3 has been answered.

Szakif is a Jury for KOS Starz

KOS Starz is a nasyid competition organized by SCIENCESS in conjunction with the Islamic Culture Festival (ICF) during past few days which I enjoyed so much. I was invited to be the jury for the competition, as in American Idol. You know what I mean? I have to give comments and critics right after each performance! That's a huge job to do!

I'll write what I expect from the contestants after Jumaat prayer. Till then, students and all from IIUM Kuantan Campus are invited to come to the event. 8pm at KOS Main Auditorium today (Friday). See you!

Article for Erudition

The article below I wrote for the SCIENCESS Bulletin named Erudition. Get your copy now!

Erudition here I come again. Aah… It’s been long since my last words in this bulletin of SCIENCESS. I still remember the time when I first publish the first edition of this bulletin when I was the Head Committee of Information and Communication Bureau in SCIENCESS 2006/2008. I am glad the current Erudition backbone still uses the name. Thanks!

This is my last semester in this campus. My life has been fun and great towards the years as a degree student in IIUM. If given more time to continue studying here, I believe it’ll never be enough as there are many great friends, lecturers, staffs and other people who have made my days colorful and joyful. I still remember the first time I was informed that the kulliyyah was about to move to Kuantan campus when I was in Gombak. That time, I thought life was going to be dull as I heard so many bad news about this campus than the good ones.

Now, I’ve spent 5 semesters in Kuantan and I am happy to say, I love Kuantan campus more then Gombak. Not to discredit Gombak, but I found the real meaning of life here in Kuantan. I found myself developed so fast when I am outside of my comfort zone. Yes, it was the comfort zone that made me and my life dull and inactive.

My point is; we have to challenge ourselves with different things each and everyday. I don’t have to quote the saying that means it’s such a disastrous waste if we learn nothing from yesterday. To do that, we have to be brave to expose ourselves with new things all time and that need a lot of courage and motivation from inside of ourselves.

Other than that, don’t blame other things if you don’t find your life here. It’s us ourselves who need to figure out how we can make our days beautiful and meaningful where ever we put our body and mind. It is the mindset that is important to be positively configured. As in case our life in Kuantan here, people might have a comparison between Gombak and Kuantan campus especially for those who have experience studying there. But believe me, if you are looking for a peaceful life, you can find it here in Kuantan.

Speaking more about this matter, this is going to be my last few months spent in this very peaceful campus. There is a room in my heart that feels hard to leave the campus and the life as a university student but the fact is that, I have to move on. I can’t stay here all life long as life needs changes as the clock and the globe spin.

For all students of my batch, I would like to congratulate for our graduation in advance and we’ll see in the 25th Convocation of IIUM. Note the number 25 there. It comes along with a word named “jubilee”. It’s a hint for the newly appointed SRC members to make it somewhat unique and special for the coming convocation of ours. Hehe…

And for the juniors, I wish you all the best in your life as degree students and enjoy your each and every day challenges as those are the teachers that would make ourselves grown up.

With tears,
Szakif

Visit from CFS Students

Maaf la dik... tak sempat nak kenal korang lama sket...

Ehem... Dalam ramai-ramai dalam gambar di atas, tiba-tiba terselit gambar kamu-tahu-siapa. :P

Confusion. That's the word to describe which one to choose: Biomedical Science or Biotechnology.

They are students from Center for Foundation Studies of IIUM located in Petaling Jaya who came to IIUM Kuantan Campus to get some ideas about what they can expect when they step forward being a degree students in this very campus.

When I asked: Who've made your mind to choose which course?

None that confidently raised their hands.

Other than that, there were 2 students came to see me personally and told me:
"Sebenarnye tak minat pun Biomed ke Biotek, nak buat camne eh?"

However, it was normal to me. They haven't decided and yet they came for the visit to see the seniors and get some ideas about the courses.

I think, I have made them a bit clearer about Biomedical Science, it's prospect and advantages. Thanks also to my friends who joined the Sharing Moment and the Exhibition. Your assistance really helped!

To juniors who'll come here, I would say "Welcome" in advance because I might not be seeing you since I'll be graduating soon. But, who knows we'll see again? *wink*

...I will Still Get My Scroll

If I don't sit down with you in this circle,
I will still finish my degree.

If I don't get to know what's going on among you,
I will still get my scroll.

If I don't even know you,
I will still come to my convocation next October.

But what makes me come to you,
asking you politely how you feel today with a nicest smile in my face?

What makes me want to know your name,
while it won't directly affect my academic performance?

And what makes me make myself present in all meetings, lunches and dinners while the rest of them are busy with their own so-called final semester mood?

Because I concern...
because I care about you...

But do you concern?

do you even care?

IIUM Kuantan Mega Assembly - Post Assembly

Allahu akbar!
Allhua akbar!
Allahu akbar!

Jahanam jahanam!
Jahanam Israel!

The campus was shaken by the shouts from the people who deeply hate the intrusion and aggression by the Jews laknatullah.

I'm waiting for an update from a mate who'll be writing for the IIUMBloggers.com regarding the assembly.

Update:

She wrote her comment:

In my opinion, walau sebanyak mana pun kita kutuk Israel, kita maki diorg, kita buat demo byk2, Israel tak peduli pun sbrnye.
Instead, makin ramai yg terbunuh dan makin byk peluru n bom yg Israel lemparkan.

Pada akak, drpd kita menjerit2 marah Israel apa sumer tu, kita patut buat solat hajat tiap2 hari, doakan kesejahteraan rakyat Palestin, doakan yg laknat utk Israel, derma utk tabung Palestin.
Mmg la demo sumer ni nak menunjukkan kita marah dgn Israel n US tp ntah la.
Rasanya diorg tak peduli pun.
Lagi buat statement bodoh ada la.

Bygkan the latest, Israel kumpul 110 org dlm 1 rumah, konon utk protect, in the end, diorg serang rumah tu sampai 30 org mati.

Apa effect demo kita? Apa effect kutukan kita? None.

I replied:

sebenarnye saya juga berpendapat macam akak jugak. sekuat mana lah suara kita untuk didengar oleh israel, sedangkan PBB yang konon2 badan pengaman dunia pun israel buat dekk je, apatah lagi cuma beberapa ribu orang membuat demonstrasi..

TETAPI

Disclaimer: This is not discrediting, but discussing.

What do you think?
Does demonstration bring any effects?

IIUM Kuantan Mega Assembly

Will be updated.

For now, let's go!

Allahu akbar!

I Think I'm Afraid to Take Pics with Girls

Just imagine the other 2 friends of ours are not in the picture. Huhu~

First time I saw this picture, I talked to myself: Aku ni kurus macam tu ke?
By the way, we strongly do not believe the taboo saying capturing pictures of 3 persons in one would cause something bad to happen to any of those 3 in the picture. Titik.

Hey Danial, you asked me to bring you shopping because you were to find new shirt for the dinner, but it ended up me buying a shirt, not you. Huhu~

Now you know who can take place as the MCs for SCIENCESS programmes. These are the candidates: Princess Molly and Danial Goon. You guys did well that night!

Bad, ko nye you-know-who kate patung tu macam aku. STBB sungguh! :P

People said usually when you take picture with an artist or celebrity, he or she will be at the center and at the front. Aite?

Think that he is a pretty girl. Didn't I say I'm afriad to take pictures with girls now? :p

I know you needed a pillow because you were so tired... but not on my arm?
It wasn't my first time seeing him with that kind of face because last time during IQUEST, he had that face right throughout the 3 nights. Alolo ciann...

...because couple taking picture together was not allowed. Huhu~ So I captured many pictures with guys la then. Susah btol!

Didn't I say most of my shirts are short? [link]

KOS Gala Night 2008

New SCIENCESS

Ini tangan Izzudin.

This is just a quick update about the AGM. I shouldn’t say much because most of my predictions strike right to the targets.

Izzuddin won the President seat by 79% of the votes, which is close to my prediction (80%) due to the absence of the other strong competitor who pulled out from the nomination. Congratulations also to Izzuddin’s close friend since matric center, Ahmad Mustakim for winning the Vice President I seat. I know these 2 guys can make it to sail the ship named SCIENCESS to the right direction. Together with them in the Presidential seats is Siti Fatimah, an unexpected (should I say) candidate for the seat because before this people have been talking about the other candidate to win the seat. But the members of SCIENCESS have made their mind and Fatimah won with a huge majority!

Move on to the Secretarial seat, as expected, Jazli the tiny guy won the seat while Siti Farah will be his assistant. Not much to talk about but I think now Jazli has to work with his Bahasa. Haha! Good for you, bro! Train your Melayu gene. =P

In the treasurer seat, my favorite was not even shortlisted. Huhu... But congratulations to Farhana, the previous Assistant Head Comm of Islamic Affair Bureau who won the seat as the Treasurer while Izzamudin, my subcomm when I was the Head Comm of Information and Communication Bureau will be Farhana’s assistant. Congratulations. Dalam SCIENCESS keje Treasurer la paling senang ko tau tak!! =p

About other Exco from departments, since I don’t have the full name list, I guess I don’t want to write more about them. However roughly, I can see they are people who we can put trust on to shape SCIENCESS better than my tenure. I will have one semester to see how they work and I am looking forward to seeing a better society.

*Pssst... I think I know who’ll be competing for the next President after Izzuddin. They are housemates! Haha...

We're Free at Last!

She's not anymore the Vice President II of the society, and I am not anymore the Secretary General. Yey!

Feel like wanna fly somewhere with someone... Like the birds... Ah, too metaphoric.

I will update about the result of the AGM tomorrow. Wait uh!

SCIENCESS AGM – Almost to the Final

This year’s AGM isn’t like last few years. It has been more professional, should I say. You can imagine, now each of the members of the society has to go to the special voting section to jot down their votes and the nominees for presidential seats need to talk in front of people to spread out their manifesto. Pergh, it's almost like SRC election I tell you!

Next, before I write further, I like to give some disclaimers for me not to be accused to set up the results for the AGM.
  • The text you are about to read is completely my personal prediction and should NOT be considered the only factor should they win the seats.
  • I do not involve in counting the votes. Although I might have access to them, but professionally and ethically, I won’t do it for any sake and reasons.
  • I only justify my choices. Besides the fact that I know them more than the other candidates, that is better than describing the weaknesses of other candidates as I might tend to do that if I describe the candidates one by one.

President
My prediction: Izzuddin Mohd Nadzirin
Since the other strong competitor (not to be named here) had pulled out from the nomination, Izzuddin has won presumably 80% of the votes! There are many winning characteristics and qualities he has that qualify him to be in my top list. Regardless he is my friend; he is very professional when it comes to societal matters. I still remember the day when I slow-talk with about I wanted to join ARC whilst the recruitment was only for juniors. If he was not professional, he would accept me to join but since he had determined that the recruitment was only limited to juniors, then practiced what he said. Besides that, the fact that he is Kelantanese might give him some extra credit since the students from the east of Peninsular Malaysia constitute quite a huge number. Not only that, he is well-known and thus has a great influence not only among students of KOS, but also among staffs of KOS and to an extent, staff of the STAD since he is (up to the date of this entry, he still is) the President of ARC. I still remember, last year, the day when he was appointed to be the Exco in SCIENCESS and in the same time the President of ARC; I asked him, “Ko yakin ko boleh pegang dua-dua jawatan ni, Izu?”. He positively answered and given a year, he proved it! He can make it! Academically, his GPAs have never been disappointing. In fact, he allegedly said he don’t actually care about it (tapi aku plak yang jeles dengan dia. Huhu~). Lastly, may be voters would consider to vote him because no more representative from BSBM Department who won the seat since last 4 years.
Enough said. Vote for him!

Other candidates:
Ahmad Mustakim
Wan Zabidi

Vice President I
My prediction: To me, the two names above have equal chance to win this seat. I am quite disappointed to know that my favorite name (not to be named here) has pulled out from the nomination. So since they both got equal chance, why should I write more, right? :P

Vice President II
My prediction: Siti Fatimah Zakaria
She has highly developed self-esteem, very outspoken in speaking her mind out, and her experience in the Mainboard in my tenure might give her some extra chance to win students’ votes. May be she isn’t as well-known as the other nominee, but that shouldn’t discredit her from winning the sit because popularity can be gained as soon as 1 second but experience and self-esteem take far more time to gain. What I like about her recently is that, she didn’t show any negative impression when informed that she has been nominated, which means she has fairly agreed to be sit on the First Girl of SCIENCESS seat and the rest of if is given to the voters.
So, vote for her!

Other candidate:
Latifah Munirah Bakar

Secretary General
My predicition: Jazli Aziz
Regardless his limitation in writing in Bahasa, never mind. I’ve been in this post and I know that shouldn’t be a problem English is almost everything as a Secretary General of SCIENCESS, which is so into Jazli! Just read his blog, and judge his English and the content of the blog. You won’t believe the blog is written by a 21-year-old guy. His writings and thus his thoughts exceed his physical look (ehem…) but don’t judge a book by its cover. You might not want to know him in the first meeting since his smile costs thousand ringgits but once you have built a brotherhood connection with him, he’ll be like your sibling! Most importantly, as Secretary General, being organized is the most important thing and I can see this in him.
So, vote for Jazli!

Other candidate: Siti Farah

Treasurer
My prediction: Tahirah Mohd Tahir
It’s very hard for a male candidate to take over this seat. However, from what I’ve seen from Tahirah is that, she is very loyal, obedient, outspoken, and always comes with great ideas. Treasurer works with money and again money and thus that shouldn’t be a problem for her since she held the post of Assistant Head Comm of Sponsorship of IQUEST and the Treasurer of SCIENCESS Annual Grand Dinner (AGD) which involve thousands of ringgits!

Other candidates:
Izzamuddin
Farhana Zaidi

Happy voting. Our society our responsibility.

AGM of SCIENCESS - The Nomination

Nomination for SCIENCESS Exco members for 2008/2009 tenure is now on!

  • As a member of SCIENCESS, regardless what post I am holding in this tenure, I have my own views and opinions who'll most likely be nominated for this year's Annual General Meeting of SCIENCESS.
  • As a committee of the AGM, regardless what post I am holding, I have no direct or indirect contact to the nomination forms that have been filled in by the members of SCIENCESS. The ones responsible are the Election Commission committees, a totally separate body from the organizing committees of the AGM. I do not involve in counting the nominations.
  • As a blogger, I have the advantage of spreading my choices in here. But it's then up to the members of SCIENCESS to nominate who ever they like. The ones mentioned in here are completely my personal choices based on my own observation and experience knowing and working with them throughout the year in various programmes and events.
  • My personal views should not be taken as absolute reference for nominations by anyone. The views do not necessarily mean these will be the ones I'll write down in my nomination form. See the number of people below and compare with the ones in the nomination form.
  • Not mentioned here does not mean they are not eligible to be nominated. Do not expect I know each and everyone in the kulliyyah.

5 points above are purposely written to disclaim anything that may be brought up should anyone is not satisfied or does not agree with the contents of this blog entry.

In Malaysian General Election, it's a common thing to show your support towards whoever you like, isn't it? And of course, you like someone to hold a post based on your own views and faith you have on him/her. Taking that into analogy, I name these people because I believe they would bring SCIENCESS towards glory should they win any sits in SCIENCESS 2008/2009.

So here are my opinions:

Presidents:
Fakrurrazi (current SRC Representative from KOS) - BSBT
Izuddin (current President of ARC and Head Comm of Social and Welfare Bureau) - BSBM
Zabidi (Programme Manager of last GASS) - BSMS

Vice President I:
Nabil Abas (ex-President of MSCC) - BSMS
Zulkifli Yunus (ex-President of PRESSS) - BSBM
Don Lukmanul Hakim - BSBT

Vice President II:
Farhana Zaidi (current Asst. Head Comm of Islamic Affairs Bureau) - BSBM
Latifah Munirah (current Asst. Head Comm of Sports, Recreational and Culture Bureau) - BSBT
Fatimah Zakaria (current Asst. Treasurer of SCIENCESS) - BSMS

Secretary General:
Jazli Aziz - BSBM
Farah - BSMS

Treasurer:
Izamuddin - BSBT
Tahirah Tahir - BSBM

Non-Malaysian:
Nuttawadee - BSBT
Wanibtisam (current Asst. Head Comm of Social and Welfare Bureau) - BSBM
Maryam Kofoworola - BSBM
Hajji - BSBM

Executive Committees from Biomedical Science Department:
Zaffar Ali
Ridzuan (Duang)
Anwar Yassin
Afiz
Azri
Mujahid Mohd Amar

In the next stage towards the AGM, the nominees will be shortlisted. Should any of the names above are selected, I will explain my justifications for choosing them.

Happy nominating!

See some faces here.
