Don't Put 10% Service Charge, or Else...


Situation 1

My friends and I ordered chicken chop sets. We sat right in front of the stall.

Bang, kuah black pepper ni macam masam la.
Ye ke? Tak la... memang rasanya macam tu. Ada masam-masam sikit.

Owh really? Fine, because it’s still edible.

But few minutes after that, one of my friends told me,

Zaki, tengok tu. Abang tu alter kuah black pepper dia lepas kautegur dia.


Situation 2

In a restaurant popular with satay in Kuantan,

Ada rambut la dekat nasi impit ni.
Eh. Pergi la cakap suruh tukar.
Erm... Nanti la.
Kalau kau tak nak, aku boleh tolong cakapkan.
Takpe, takpe. Aku buat sendiri. Err... Waiter!

Good, you know what played in my mind.

While waiting for the waiter to come,

Alah... Kalau dia tukar pun, bukannya kita nampak. Entah-entah dia buang rambut tu, pastu bagi balik nasi impit yang sama.

Kalau tak pun, nasi impit tadi, dia buang rambutnya, pastu kasi kat orang lain pulak.

Well, I have no comment for that but it’s better not to think it like that. It could fall to be fitnah. At least, we’ve asked our right, right?

Situation 3

Hey, I paid more than I expected!
How is that possible?
I saw she put RM1.50 for the nasi. But I thought it’s RM1.00?! It’s stated in the menu.
Did you tell her that?
No.
I rest my case then.

this always happened.sometimes, people who gives services take the customers for granted. bkan kte nak ruin their business. but, sometimes,they need to learn.

husnuzon.maybe kebetulan.like tersalah calculate or etc. but we never know.and it is our right to voice out.

untuk 3 situasi tu, cukup la dulu point2nye. nak condemn orang, aku memang suka je, tapi simpan2 la untuk masa depan.. huhu~

exactly. they need to learn what they've done for any mistakes, and don't forget also to give them some credits if their service is good.

i hate bad services at restaurant.

aku ni mmg boros biler bab2 makan...but as long as the food is good, hygenic, and rase makanan tu hendaklah padan dgn harga. also the quantity. n the service.

btw. yg situation 1 tu melampau thp gaban okayy~~ huhu

kaloa benci service yang teruk, once kedai tu ade buat problem, baik pertimbangkan untuk datang lagi ke kedai yang same :)

Sebagai pengguna kita berhak.Tapi skiranya terjadi pd akak..jika ianya tak serius & keterlaluan..haruslah kita yg mengalah.lagipun time tu tentu kita sedang kelaparan.Tak kan sanggup menunggu makanan baru lain sampai.ye takkk??

pasal tu, bila pergi ke restoran2 yang tak pernah saya pergi, saya suka nak minta menu nya, pasal biasanya kalo kedai yang sah mengenakan tax ni, dia kena mention dalam menu. kalo dalam menu takde, tapi suka2 nak kenakan charge, memang aku tak bayar la! :D
